Attilla and Spencer are so happy in their new home. They get love, warmth, and springrolls!

Xander thinks that he can get away with anything because of his crazy pants. He thinks they distract others from what he's doing. But we're SO onto him.
Johnny was practicing the guitar. And doing a fine job, we might say. We did have to scold him, though, for not warning us. Plus, he had littered the basement floor with Cheerwine cans and Ho Ho wrappers. Kids.
First Mr. Peebles and now this. The monkeys are really pushing their limits these days. As you can see from my expression, I was very displeased when the monkeys snatched the new camera yet again and photographed me sewing a dress together. After snapping this photo, there was a great deal of giggling and the pitter-patter of little monkey paws clambering out the door and back to their lair. In my fury after being caught unawares, I shouted after them, "I know where you live!" and shook my fist in ire. It was an empty threat, I admit. But a girl's got to keep some control over her unruly sock monkeys!

Thanks to recent adoptions (thank YOU all!), the monkeys were able to afford a new digital camera. Their old one was, oh, about 10 years old - one of the first digi-cameras to exist. We called it dino-cam. Anyway, they decided to test out their new gadget and show you their happy and humble abode (when not traveling the world, as sock monkeys are apt to do). Here you see their residence. It is comfortable, although rather densely populated. Monkeys need homes, people! Summer is perched atop as night watch-woman. They keep some pretty tight security up there - Adam and I have been requested to show ID more times than we'd like to mention. Good thing we went to City Hall yesterday to acquire our shiny new MO Drivers' Licenses. The monkeys were very suspicious of our soon-to-expire Illinois licenses. Picky, picky!
Tune in for the shenanigans of sock monkeys and how they plan to take over the world! (or at least my house)
